Policy

STORE POLICIES


  1. Appointments must be made at least 1 hour in advance
  2. Any change in the appointments (change in time or date) must be made at least 3 hours in advance
  3. In the event that the customer is late by 5 minutes for the appointment , the appointment will be cancelled  as we cannot guarantee a high quality of service.  At this time a new appointment can be rescheduled.
  4. The customer will be responsible monetarily  for any damage made to the equipment, furniture, etc. by them or anyone in their party.
  5. If there is no answer on by phone.  Please text and it will be answered within 2 hours from the time the text is sent.
  6. If an appointment is made for 3 or more children, then a credit card will be required.
  7. Baby Bear Kid's Cut has the right to decline appointments.
  8. All products sold through Baby Bear Kid's Cut are "Final Sale"(no refunds)

RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION  AND NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT POLICIES


  1. Rescheduling an appointment can only be done once.  If a second is done than the appointment  will automatically cancelled.
  2. Cancelling appointments must be made at least 3 hours in advance.  If  an appointment is cancelled  after the 3 hour minimum,  this will be viewed as a no-show and an inconvenience charge will be applied.
  3. Cancellations and Reschedule can ONLY be done online before the 3 hour window.
  4. If there is a no-show an inconvenience charge will be applied.


LATE AND NO-SHOW  POLICIES

  1. When an appointment is 5 minutes or more late.  The appointment will be cancelled so as not to affect other appointments.  There will be a full charge applied for this late appointment.
  2. When there is a no-show on the appointment.  There will be a full charge applied for this no show.
